The Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been postponed to Monday, April 30, 2018 at 7:30pm in the OLPH gym. A new agenda has been sent out regarding this change. I apologize for any inconvenience due to this change and thank all of you for your patience and understanding.
Join the Board of Directors
We are currently accepting nominations for the 2018 board of directors. While the post of Vice-President is the only spot that is vacant, we are accepting nominations for all board positions. Please review the club's constitution which was sent out earlier for further information on the various board positions.
Invoices
Invoices and an updated Club Membership and Fees Guide has been sent out. Please make payment as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you have any questions, please contact Joe.
Classical Fencing at Fort Langley
Registration for Classical Fencing at Fort Langley ends 9pm on Monday, April 16, 2018. If you are planning to attend this event, please email Joe with your name, which programme option you would like to participate in, which weapon you would like to practice, and whether you would like a ride to or from Fort Langley. Further information about the event can be found in the email sent out earlier. Registration requests received after the deadline will result in a late fee so please try to register on time.
